A Carers Support Group Can Make A Difference
Join me and my co-facilitator Carol on line to find out. Caring for someone you love can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be lonely and exhausting. Many carers put their own needs last, often feeling isolated and unsure where to turn for advice or understanding.
That’s why joining our carers support group can be so valuable. It’s a safe space where you can:
Share your experiences without judgement
Learn practical tips from others in similar situations
Discover services or support you might not have known about
Take a moment just for yourself, to be heard and understood
Carers of West Lothian is hosting an online carers support group via Zoom on Monday 14 July 2025 at 7pm. It’s an informal session where you can join in with your cup of tea, meet other carers on the Zoom, and find out how much lighter life can feel when you’re not carrying everything alone.
How to join
If you’d like to take part, simply get in touch with Carers of West Lothian to receive the Zoom link and joining details. You can call, email, or visit their website.
